Synaptic Rush
The human mind is such a mystery. We all have one. We all are functioning slightly the same way and yet it's still a complete mystery. You just don't know what can provoke or trigger someone to behave in a certain way. It could be you or a total different thing which you have no idea about.
You could ask. Sometimes we're able to explain but most of the time it's just not that simple to put it into words. Your mind just goes blank. It's just way too tiring to put it into words and explain it to someone. We just assume that they wouldn't get it or just judge us. So, it comes out as silence, anger, helplessness, a frowned face, all the time, no matter what they're doing or saying.
It's a whole other case when we feel joy. We just conjure up all the energy to speak our mind. Get all talkative. Like what coffee and chocolate does to your brain, joy does the exact same thing, more aggregated. You share more, you smile more, you get productive.
Funnily, the above mentioned joy of a person can provoke jealousy or sadness in another person. As if they were getting upstaged. Though it was not directed towards them. Or someone else's anger can spoil your entire day where you end up behaving angrily with everyone because you were treated the same way.
We should never act upon how others are feeling. It just starts this chain of misunderstandings that complicates the whole thing. (As though it wasn't complicated to begin with.)
If something is really affecting you, express it. Even if it's anger. But not because someone else was angry with you. Don't let other people's minds trigger yours. Try being your best most of the time but don't conceal yourself.
Be you. Not because of someone else.
P.S. Wait...did I just say to defy Newton's Law? Yeah sure, go ahead, defy Newton's Law. Miracles happen and nothing in this world is concrete.
